Ireland Men's U20 Head Coach Willie Faloon has named his side for their third Pool B match at the World Rugby U20 Championship with Munster's Brian Gleeson making his first start of the tournament on Tuesday against Australia at Athlone Sports Stadium in Cape Town (1pm Irish time).
Ireland have won their first two games defeating Italy and Georgia with a last minutes try and will be aiming to continue the winning run against Australia.
Glesson will also captain the side as Evan O'Connell is ruled out due to injury.
Ben O'Connor, Finn Treacy and Hugo McLaughlin start in the back three with Hugh Gavin and Wilhelm de Klerk in midfield. Oliver Coffey and Jack Murphy resume their half-back partnership.
Emmet Calvey, Danny Sheahan and Patreece Bell make up the front row with Billy Corrigan and Alan Spicer in the engine room. James McKillop starts at blindside flanker with Bryn Ward at openside and Gleeson packing down at number eight.
Faloon has gone with a 5-3 split on the bench with Stephen Smyth, Jacob Boyd, Andrew Sparrow, Sean Edogbo and Max Flynn making up the forward replacements with Tadhg Brophy, Sean Naughton and Davy Colbert completing the match day squad.

Elsewhere, Ireland Women's U20 Head Coach Niamh Briggs has rung the changes for her squads second round fixture of the Six Nations Women's Summer Series when they take on Italy in Parma on Tuesday (9am Irish time).
Briggs has made 11 changes to the side which lost to England in the opening game which sees a new look back line as Niamh Gallagher comes in at full-back with Robyn O'Connor moving to the wing. Clara Barrett comes in to make up the back three.
May Goulding and Ellis O'Sullivan-Sexton make up the half-back pairing with Éabha Nic Dhonnacha and Lucia Linn partnering in midfield.
Sophie Barrett remains at tighthead with Grainne Burke and Amanda McQuade coming into the front row. Ruth Campbell joines Cliodhna Ni Chonchobhair in the second row. Skipper Jane Neill moves to number eight with Eadaoin Murtagh remaining at openside with Faith Oviawe coming in at blindside.
Briggs has gone with a 5-3 split on the bench with Kelly Burke, Hannah Wilson, Róisín Maher, Lily Morris and Brianna Heylmann making up the forwards replacements. Jade Gaffney, Hannah Clarke and vice-captain Kate Flannery complete the squad.
