The group stages of the Euros have officially come to an end.
Earlier in the day, Belgium limped into the last 16 and a meeting with France following their 0-0 draw with Ukraine, who finished bottom, meaning Romania's draw with Slovakia ensured they both go through, with the Romanians claiming top spot.
In the 8pm kick-offs, Turkey scored a 94th minute winner against Czech Republic to secure second place after Georgia had done the hard work by beating group winners Portugal 2-0 in Dortmund. The Georgians, heartbreakingly, finished third in their first ever Euros. They were seconds away from a coveted round of 16 spot.
