Tralee CBS and St Brendan's Killarney, the two sides at the top of the Corn Uí Mhuirí roll of honour, will face each other in the pick of the quarter-final ties.
In the other games, reigning champions Mercy Mounthawk will play St Francis College Rochestown, Patrician Academy Mallow will face Inbhear Scéine Kenmare and Hamilton High School Bandon will play Pobalscoil Chorca Dhuibhne.
The draw was made on Monday evening after Kenmare defeated St Pat's Castleisland in the last of the preliminary quarter-finals. The quarter-finals will be played on January 15th with the semi-finals to follow on January 25th and the final on February 8th.
The semi-finals will see the winners of the Green and the Sem face either Mallow or Kenmare. The winners of Mounthawk and Rochestown play the victors between Bandon and Dingle in the other last four game.
