Sinn Féin has seen its support slide once again.

The latest poll results also show an increase in popularity for two of the government coalition parties, while Taoiseach Simon Harris and Tánaiste Micheál Martin are the country's most popular party leaders.

Sinn Féin has declined by one point to 18%. Its support has halved since October 2022, according to the latest Sunday Independent/Ireland Thinks poll.

Mary Lou McDonald has also seen her approval rating fall by 2 points to 31%.

Fine Gael has gone up one to 25%, while Fianna Fáil has also gained one and now stands at 21%, putting the coalition in a strong standing ahead of Budget 2025 and any potential Autumn election.

The Social Democrats have dropped by one to 4% alongside Labour and the Greens.

Solidary- People Before Profit remains at 2% while Independents and others are up one to 19%.

Aontú has fallen by one point to 3%, however party leader Peader Tóibín now sees his approval rating at 32%, above Mary Lou McDonald.
