The Labour Court hearing into the Aer Lingus dispute has concluded on Wednesday evening, with a recommendation from the independent body expected within the next few days.
In an update to Irish Air Line Pilots' Association (IALPA) members tonight, the union said: “The Labour Court has concluded with both sides making their case before the court.
“IALPA will not escalate our industrial action however the current industrial action remains in force.”
It comes as the airline cancelled an additional 76 flights next week. The cancellations affect flights that had been scheduled between Monday, July 8, and Wednesday, July 10.
In a statement on Wednesday, the airline said it was implementing the cancellations "to enable us to protect as many services as possible for as many of our customers as possible".
