SuperValu expects to sell €17m worth of Irish spring lamb this year, the equivalent of 225,000 lambs.

Anthony Moran has been a SuperValu meat supplier for the last 20 years. He keeps more than 200 ewes on his Roscommon farm.

Mr Moran said: “I am proud to once again supply SuperValu with the highest quality new season Irish spring lamb. Over the years, our relationship has gone from strength to strength and I look forward to continuing this partnership long into the future.”
